Abstract

This research deals with the relationship between remote work and the behavior of UNE teachers in times of confinement, its development has proven that remote work has a strong relationship with the adaptability of teachers to virtual activities, as well as the perseverance to meet the virtual challenge and develop the virtual classes, online assessments and virtual advising provided to students. It has been shown that remote work is significantly related to cognitive anxiety, stress due to work overload and the health context, as well as flexibility on the part of the institution, which does not recognize its work in the context, neither for remuneration nor by incentive. The health context has played an important role in this relationship. Remote work in its dimensions of technology management, for the management of the platform, knowledge about computers, the capacities for the development of virtual activities. There is an important reference in the dimension of available resources, since a large percentage of references do not receive support from the institution. The central government has issued regulations on the right to disconnection, which teachers refer to as the institution does not comply and which they do not enforce by contributing to the institution and identifying with it.
