Abstract
The main objective of this study was to determine how organizational change management was related to the motivation of healthcare personnel in the Sabogal Healthcare Network, 2026. A quantitative, applied approach was used, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 200 workers and the sample included 135 participants selected through simple random probability sampling. A structured questionnaire with Likert-type scales was used for data collection. Spearman’s Rho correlation coefficient was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed statistical significance between the main variables (p = 0.000 < 0.05) and a very high direct relationship between organizational change management and job motivation (Rho = 0.858; N = 135). By dimensions, the organizational change process showed a high direct relationship with job motivation (Rho = 0.787; p = 0.000), resistance to change showed a moderate direct relationship (Rho = 0.565; p = 0.000), and change handling showed a high direct relationship (Rho = 0.707; p = 0.000). Overall, the evidence supported that more favorable organizational change management was significantly related to higher levels of motivation among the healthcare and administrative personnel of the Sabogal Healthcare Network.
