Abstract
The general objective of this research is to establish the incidence of Organizational Commitment on Work Motivation according to the personnel of the company Professionals On Line SAC, Lima, year 2023. Regarding the methodology, this article is non-experimental since it is only intended to describe the administrative phenomena involved in the study (variables), which are transversally exposed, without intervening in them. The population is constituted by 34 workers of the company under study, the sample was of 34 workers of the company of the study. The results showed that with respect to the personnel surveyed on Organizational Commitment, the highest percentage believes that it is of medium level with 41.2%, followed by high level with 29.4% and low with 29.4%. Likewise, on work motivation, the highest percentage presented a medium level motivation with 50%, followed by the high level with 35.3% and in a lower percentage the low level with 14.7%. Likewise, most of them have a medium level of commitment with 41.2% and at the same time have a medium level of work motivation with 50%. In conclusion, Organizational Commitment has a significant impact on Work Motivation according to the personnel of Professionals On Line SAC, Lima, year 2023; which implies that 52.7% of the variation in the level of work motivation is explained by the level of organizational commitment.
