In the Alpha Centauri Journal of Scientific and Technological Research, as a matter of policy, we do not suppress the reviewers' reports; Comments that were intended for the authors are transmitted, regardless of what we may think of the content. On rare occasions, we may edit a report to remove offensive language or comments that reveal confidential information about other matters. We ask reviewers to avoid statements that may cause unnecessary offense; conversely, we strongly encourage reviewers to clearly express their opinion on an article. Authors must recognize that criticism is not necessarily unfair simply because it is expressed in strong language.
