The Electude Simulator with E-learning in Automotive Mechanics teachers 2021

Abstract

The health emergency situation greatly affected the educational sector worldwide, the traditional face-to-face process in the development of theoretical-practical classes in basic and higher education was temporarily suspended. In the case of technological education, it was worrying since it requires face-to-face practices. The National University of Education (UNE), has the Faculty of Technology that teaches 14 technological programs which were affected in their teaching process - practical theoretical learning, one of them being the specialty of Driving Force. In this context, the technological educational service was deeply affected, however, teachers used new technologies to provide a quality educational service. An alternative was the simulators applied to the automotive area that facilitated the teaching of the teachers and the learning of the students. The main objective of this study is to collect and make known the experiences of the teachers of the Audiomotor Mechanics specialty of the UNE who used the Electude Simulator. The results achieved show a high degree of impact of the application of the Electude Simulator, the implementation was suggested as a digital didactic resource that contributes to the teaching process of teachers and students of the specialty of Audiomotor Mechanics at the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán and Valley - La Cantuta.
