Abstract
The investigation "Administrative management and job satisfaction in health professionals of the National hospital Archbishop Loayza" is academic research of descriptive, analytical and correlational type, which identified its problem in the lack of job satisfaction of health professionals of the entity indicated above, which is reflected in bad treatment, low salaries, inadequate hours, poor working conditions, etc. This work aimed to determine the relationship between administrative management and job satisfaction perceived by health professionals at the National Archbishop Loayza Hospital, which was achieved. In the investigation, the administrative management and job satisfaction scales were applied to a sample of 150 professionals and the results were analyzed with the SPSS statistical software and it was determined that there is a relationship between administrative management and job satisfaction through the Spearman correlation (rho) obtaining a moderate and positive rho of 0.423 with a significance level of p <0.001. To the extent that the administrative management is planned, organized, directed, coordinated and controlled properly, more and better elements will be generated to specify the job satisfaction of the health professionals of the National Archbishop Loayza Hospital. Such job satisfaction is really important for the institutional climate of the Hospital, which also facilitates greater efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and continuous improvement of the work of professionals.
